Telephones ring at both the reception desk and the tenant's office,
however, you have the option to have your phone ring only in your
office, if that is more convenient for you.
Mail, Courier, and
Faxes - Daily processing of tenants' incoming and outgoing mail is
available. As well, tenants can opt to utilize our courier service or
their own. Incoming faxes are delivered to you in your office. Virtual
clients are notified by email when mail or faxes arrive.

Administrative Support
- Our prompt and efficient administrative support staff is well-versed
in a variety of software packages and business requirements. We're ready
to assist you with document preparation and reproduction, travel

and offices are cleaned nightly.
Security - The building is monitored by security
staff in the downstairs lobby 24 hours per day. Each floor has 'card

Facilities - Purdy's Wharf Business Centre offers the use of
in-house kitchen facilities with fridges and microwaves. Coffee is
available, and for those who enjoy a short walk for their coffee, there
are convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within the
complex.
Storage facilities
- On-site storage is available within the Business Centre - ie. cabinets, with a minimal
monthly fee.
Signage - Tenants
have the option of signage on the first (main entrance) and second (pedway
access) floors of the building, plus there is signage at the entrance to
each floor of our Business Centre.
